Suz... the studio's tea maker, phone + email answerer, designer and on the side Les Mills BodyBalance and BodyPump instructor. Between cups of tea we struck a few BodyBalance poses for a Les Mills inspired shoot. I think the Dancer's pose is just missing a blue teacup or teapot!!!
