Three Loaves Bakehouse
We were asked to produce a special submission for Three Loaves Bakehouse. We think the end product reflects the tactile experience you get from buying yummy delights from Three Loaves. Suz and I had an absolute ball producing this.... if only we had more clients we could do this for!

Whoopie
We were introduced to a new food item yesterday by Three Loaves Bakehouse and it is called a 'Whoopie' which is a sometimes described as a cross between a cookie and a cake sandwich. It is a dense American-style sponge cake sandwiched together with buttercream. This one was ginger flavoured.
