Whoopie
We were introduced to a new food item yesterday by Three Loaves Bakehouse and it is called a ‘Whoopie’ which is a sometimes described as a cross between a cookie and a cake sandwich. It is a dense American-style sponge cake sandwiched together with buttercream. This one was ginger flavoured.
