Violet and Ale
My daughter Violet and her friend Ale are peas in a pod. They have big plans for their future - they are moving into their own house together, traveling the world together and they even want to work together. I love listening to them make their plans. It was beautiful to capture their friendship.

A family member filled me in that there is nothing Deano loves more than sitting down with his family around him, having a chat. It's been 12 months since I last photographed Isla Mary and this time we wanted to document their family. Behind Suz and Terry's house is an awesome laneway. It's got great light, Isla Mary is comfortable there because it's almost home and its easy access made it easy to bring Olli the beagle along - Perfect location!

I love catching up with the Lew family every few years for an update to their family photos. I love creating images that I think are beautiful but what I love equally is building relationships with people. Watching a family grow is the greatest privilege.

Nic’s graduation photos
I first met this lovely family about 12 years ago when I did their family photos. Nic (who is graduating) was about 4. We spent the afternoon running around the beach. It really does seem like yesterday. Here Nic is now, graduating from Ryan Catholic College. What a handsome young man with a bright future ahead.

Farewell Paula and Scott
Paula and Scott were moving away from Townsville and wanted a shoot done to remember their time here. They are a quirky couple who don't take themselves too seriously. As you can see they are also ridiculously good looking and absolutely adore each other. It's a love that is beautiful to witness.
