We had the pleasure of getting know both Kate (the beautiful ballerina) and her mum Helen. They are the sweetest mother and daughter team! Thoughtful, encouraging and really positive towards each other. Both Liz and I were spellbound by Kate’s flowing movements with the fabric. Photographing models/subjects who are really aware of their body and how to move and position themselves is such a pleasure! It is one less element we have to think about. We can concentrate on the scene, lighting and the framing.
Kate is a dancer from TAPA in Kirwin. We had so much fun capturing dance that we want to do it again!
