the whole family

A few months ago Toni and Tina ( sister in laws ) organise an extended family shoot with their husband and children.  We decided to do the shoot in a dry grassy field not far from the studio, dressing everyone in soft neutral tones. What people wear to their shoot is so important.  The colors chosen can make the same location look completely different.  Toni and Tina found clothing for the kids at La Petite Boudoir . The ladies at La Petite are always really helpful, have a great eye for styling and offer a great range to choose from. The shoot was a busy one capturing each family individually, each child individually, sibling groups and everyone together.  I love shooting extended families… each family is so unique and seems to have so much going on that is unspoken.  Thanks for inviting me to capture your family Toni and Tina!   Megan
